Session One: Bow river winter tactics with Will Spokes.
Wednesday, November 20 - 7 p.m. at the shop - We are lucky to have the Bow River right on our door step. The Bow is open to fishing all year and winter fishing can be very good when the right adjustments are made. Join us for this session to learn skills to extend your fishing season and shake off some of that cabin fever that can set in during the winter.
Session Two: Fly fishing the eastern slopes/what's in your fly box?
Wednesday, December 11 - 7 p.m. at the shop - Throughout the busy summer season we saw many anglers heading out to fish on the beautiful eastern slopes. We found most of the questions from these anglers related to fly selection for these rivers. Will fished the eastern slopes area quite a bit this season and will be sharing some of his favorite flies and some information about the equipment and technics that made his outings so much fun.
Session Three: Lake fishing tactics with Craig Robillard
Wednesday, January 15 - 7 p.m. at the shop. Join Craig for this session focused on all things lakes. Craig will focus on a variety of topices that could include sink tips, multi-density lines, rod and fly selection, quick-release indicators, and more.
Session Four: Nymphing Tactics with Will Spokes
Wednesday, February 19 - 7 p.m. at the shop. During this session we'll focus on nymphing setups, favorite Bow river patterns, reading the water, and more. Will spends a lot of his fishing time on the banks of the Bow and is an accomplished nymph angler.
