JD Flies Black Widow Weevil Jig Nymph is a jig style take on this Bow River classic. The weevil patterns make great attractor flies as well as imitate mayfly nymphs and other trout food. Tied on a jig hook with a heavy bead so that this version rides hook point up, maximizing hook sets and minimizing river bottom snags.
