Semperfli Micro Metal Hybrid Thread is a hybrid, a combination of thread, wire and metal with an amazing sheen. This hybrid material can be used to create a metallic effect thread that can be used for thoraxes as ribbing and bodies on flies from dries, nymphs to salmon and saltwater patterns. This lightweight strand is particularly good as a rib on larger flies, for example dries where you don’t want the weight of a traditional wire but want that visible rib.
