Natural Muskrat Fur from Hook and Hackle comes as a patch or two of natural muskrat skin with the hair on. The guard hairs and underfur have a variety of uses in fly tying, but especially useful for dry flies because muskrats are an aquatic mammal with hair that is naturally hydrophobic.
- Color varies from light to dark
- Remove the guard hairs and blend your own dubbing with the underfur
- Approximately 4" square on one or two patches per package
