The Fish Tales Level One Fly Fishing Course is an ideal introduction for anyone who wants to learn about fly fishing. This one-day fly fishing primer features a morning classroom session covering equipment, lines, knot tying, terminology and more. After lunch (included), students head outside for a dry-land casting session. By the end of the day students will be able to cast 30 feet of fly line. Upon completing the course, each student will receive a $25 certificate that can be used toward any in-store purchase of $100 or more.
- Introductory courses are limited to eight students
- Course cost is $150.00 per person plus tax
- Payment in full is required to reserve your spot
- Course includes casting instruction, fly fishing beginner lesson and lunch
- Classes take place at the Southwood Community Hall and run from 9 a.m. to between 3 and 4 pm
