They contain 4 pieces of quality hackle including 1 grizzly and (usually) 1 brown, and some will have Dun, Black OR Cream. Though not graded by Whiting, the 4 half rooster cape pack is of quality at least equal to their bronze grade with feathers mostly in sizes 10 to 16.
