It’s Fly Tie Tuesday. Hopefully you’re getting some time to relax and tie a few flies this holiday. We thought we would tie something new and flashy for the New Year. Here is the Shimmer-Swimmer (say that 10 times quickly :) tied in sculpin olive/gold and black/gold with Hareline’s shimmer fur. This new shimmer rabbit from Hareline has us all tying new and old patterns with a twist - it’s beautiful stuff. This is a quick tie, looks great and swims well.
