The Redfish Bead Head Saltwater Flats Fly from Solitude Flies is designed to mimic shrimp and baitfish that live in grassy bottomed flats and backcountry mangroves. The barred appearance and wispy hackle beard make this a swimming crustacean appealing to tailing redfish and other flats species. The bead head orients this fly hook point up when plipped along the bottom, while a mono weed guard helps keep the hook point clear of debris. Strip it quickly to mimic a fleeing baitfish for snook and other predators.
