Rio's Skater Tot foam Dry Fly is a combination of Chubby Chernobyl and Tilt Wing Dun. The bleached elk wing is easy for anglers to see in most light, and the hackle fibers serve as legs and antennae that look like they are swimming and moving. This pattern is super versatile and represents many types of summer/fall insects. As fish get weary of the bigger flies, this becomes a great pattern to transition into.
