This Tarpon Toad Saltwater Streamer from Ray's Flies is an excellent low light or cloudy water pattern, designed to stand out in these conditions. Tarpon Toads are a must have in your flats box that come in a variety of configurations, all featuring a soft flowy tail and splayed collar designed to pulse water. This one is tied with large plastic bead chain eyes in front of the synthetic collar and with magnum rabbit in the tail.
