MFC Flies Gould's Drowned Trico Spinner Bead Head Fly looks like a saturated adult trico spinner that's broken the surface film and entered the water column. This little pattern excels as a dropper during a trico spinner fall and can also be fished in a multi-nymph rig right along the bottom. Without extra weight the small bead head up front helps this fly break the surface and float just under the film where many fish are actively seeking out drowned adults.
