Hareline Ripple Ice Fiber is made for flashy winging and flashy dubbing loops. This material adds a lot of profile without a lot of bulk, and doesn't absorb water. Frequently uses as an underbody material, to bulk up heads, mixed with other long fibers and brushed out, and a myriad of other ways. Less is more, unless you are tying the Ripple Ice Deceiver streamer.
