The GS Red Shop Dip Nymph is a tiny midge nymph with ribbed body and buggy collar sitting behind a bead head. Tied to mimic a midge larva or other insect nymph beginning an emergent phase, these feature a small tuft of white material behind the collar representing budding wings or gills. A small pattern tied on a curved hook that fishes well in low water during warm spells in winter when midges are popping off.
